1. A brief but detailed description of your idea and reason why wishing this tattoo.
2. Reference images of my work or any pics, to show the style you are wanting.
3. Please include a picture of yourself with the desired placement from a good distance. Draw an outline to your image so I can gage the size and flow. This will give us an accurate size reference so we can provide a more accurate quote.
4. Your height.
5. Preferred month (the more flexible, the better)
6. Your phone number to contact you for a first talk.
